The soles of these paratrooper boots just fell apart after 5 months of use, extremely disappointed and feel I've been 'had'. The soles are NOT sown to the upper boot like the original, just glued. The thin gauge of the brass eyelets are too thin to cope with stresses of combat/work and so is the soft cheap leather that retains them. The exterior leather is worst then the cheapest boots at a discount store. I am loathe to write this review on these boots after wearing one of Noble House's tough flight jackets for years with great pride. However someone needs to call this particular product out, comfortable to wear, pretty to look at initially until it starts falling apart. Didn't Noble House first conduct a 'test run/wear' of this product before selling? Send them to an Australian or South African farmer next time for a test run, we will soon give you the truth. In my opinion buy an original or RM Williams boots, not this terrible weak copy.
